RETURNSAll products come with a warranty against initial defects. This warranty covers everything except shipping and handling. Contact us for a return authorization number before returning any merchandise. Merchandise returned in original condition and in original packaging is subject to a 15% restocking fee. Products damaged in shipping will not be subject to a restocking fee. You are also responsible for all freight charges on shipments that are refused or returned Please write the return authorization number on the outside of all cartons being returned. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages or losses due to defective products, errors in shipping your order, or other errors. The limit of our liability is the replacement or refund for any item you purchase from us after you return the item(s).There is a 10 day return policy on all products. BACKORDER POLICY
Should the item you ordered be out of stock or on hold we will e-mail you to notify you. We will ship the item as soon as it becomes available. If you wish we can credit your account towards the purchase of a similar product at a 10% discount unless you make other arrangements.

Orders with P.O. Box, APO, or FPO shipping addresses will not be processed. Any orders with shipping addresses outside the Continental U.S., Alaska, and Hawaii will not be processed.Orders are usually processed and shipped within 3 business days of receiving them. During busy holiday seasons please allow extra time. Standard shipping will usually deliver your order within 2-3 business days from when the item is shipped. Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed in any way. However if customer contacts us immediately; it may be occasionally possible to change the order. Shipping method is by UPS. A $2.50 handling charge will be added to orders under $100.00
