We ship to anywhere in the Continental US , Alaska and Hawaii.

2)How are the prices so low?
We are able to offer high quality products at fabulous discount prices, because we do all of our business through E-Commerce(the Internet), avoiding the high overhead costs of a retail store.

3)Is it safe to order on line?
It is perfectly safe and secure. We at JMENTERPRISES are devoted to protecting your privacy. The order information is solely for setting up and processing your account. We do not share this information with anyone. The payments are done through PayPal's secure services and are not seen by anyone.

4)Can I pay by check, credit card or PayPal?
Once you do the simple process of activating your PayPal account you are able to use any of the standard credits cards(Master Card, Visa, Discover, American Express), or even direct draw from a chosen bank account to pay with through PayPal.

5)Do you resell my information?
No! Your privacy is extremely important to us and your information is processed solely to set up your account and place your order. Payments are through the secure PayPal and are not seen by anyone.

6)What is your return policy?
All products come with a warranty against defects. This warranty covers everything except Shipping and Handling. There is a 10 day return policy for damaged goods. If returning goods they must be returned in original condition and in original packaging. There will be a 15% restocking fee for returning goods other than those damaged in shipping. Customer is responsible for shipping and handling. Contact us for a return authorization number before returning any merchandise.

7)Do I have to pay sales tax?
California State residents must pay sales tax. However outside of CA there will be no sales tax charged.

8)Do I receive order confirmation?
As long as a correct e-mail address and shipping address is entered, you will receive order confirmation.

9)My order didn't arrive yet. Is it lost?
It may be delayed due to heavy shipping traffic. We can track the shipment if it is delayed. It would generally take 7-10 days to arrive. UPS tracking will help if shipment got lost.

10)What are the shipping charges.
UPS charges by weight and location. The charge will be calculated when you place your order. There is an additional $2.50 handling charge placed on orders under $100.00
